Welcome to All-Star Renovations (“All-Star Renovations,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions govern your engagement with our website (allstarreno.com), our Swivl instant calculation and appointment booking platforms, and all subsequent in-home remodeling agreements entered into with property owners throughout Conway, Faulkner County, Pulaski County, and the broader Central Arkansas territory.

By accessing our digital interfaces, submitting quote parameters, scheduling an in-home assessment, or signing a formal Work Authorization Agreement, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the specific legal and mechanical provisions outlined herein.

1

Acceptance of Terms & Scope of Services

Section 1.0

1.1 Binding Agreement: By accessing our digital domains or executing a residential remodeling proposal, you affirm that you are of legal contracting age (at least 18 years old) and hold lawful ownership title or verified authorized tenancy of the Arkansas residential property specified for renovation.

1.2 Scope of Operations: All-Star Renovations specializes exclusively in residential wet-area transformations, tub-to-shower conversions, zero-barrier ADA-compliant roll-in enclosures, walk-in safety bathtubs, and comprehensive architectural kitchen and bath surface upgrades.

1.3 Integration of Digital Quoting Tools: Third-party automated estimation widgets deployed via Swivl Technologies Inc. serve exclusively to provide initial informational ranges based on client-provided parameters. Interaction with these digital interfaces does not establish an unconditional contract to perform construction until a signed, formal contract is executed by both the homeowner and an authorized All-Star Renovations officer following on-site verification.

2

Estimates, Pricing Packages & 30-Day Bid Validity

Section 2.0

2.1 Non-Binding Automated Quotes: Instant calculations generated via the Swivl online tool reflect estimated preliminary brackets based entirely upon self-selected user inputs (e.g., existing alcove tub removal, standard wall panelling, basic chrome trim). These automated calculations are strictly exploratory and non-binding.

2.2 Mandatory In-Home Inspection: A binding written contract requires an on-site mechanical evaluation, digital laser measurement of wall plumbness, structural assessment of the underlying subfloor framing, and inspection of domestic copper/PEX supply lines and PVC drain venting.

Established Central Arkansas Wet-Area Packages
Premier Conversion $5,000 – $7,499 Standard acrylic or composite wall surrounds, standard base, Moen chrome fixture package, 1–2 day installation.
Signature Walk-In Most Popular
$7,500 – $9,999 Rigid Core Board (RCB) stone patterns, semi-frameless glass door, comfort corner bench, built-in recessed niche.
Designer / ADA Safety $10,000 – $12,500+ Zero-threshold roll-in entry, commercial grade grab safety bars, ADA fold-down teak seating, thermostatic valves.

2.3 30-Day Fixed Price Guarantee: Once our Master Remodeler conducts the in-home measurement, the resulting written proposal remains guaranteed and immune to raw material fluctuations for exactly thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance.

3

Installation Timelines & 1–2 Day Wet-Area Protocol

Section 3.0

3.1 Standard 1–2 Day Execution: Most alcove tub-to-shower conversions, single-wall enclosure updates, and Rigid Core Board (RCB) installations are scheduled to be completed within one to two (1–2) consecutive working business days following demolition commencement.

3.2 Exclusions & Unforeseen Conditions: The 1–2 day timeline assumes sound structural framing, uncorrupted subflooring, and code-compliant rough-in plumbing behind the existing wet wall. Timelines may be extended under the following documented events:

  • check_circle Discovery of dry rot, termite damage, or structural sagging requiring structural sistering or joist rebuilds.
  • check_circle Active biological contamination, black mold (Stachybotrys chartarum), or extensive plumbing leaks mandating drying time.
  • check_circle Special-order non-stock designer fixtures, bespoke custom glass fabrication delays, or municipal Faulkner County permit holds.

3.3 Jobsite Access: Homeowner agrees to furnish unhindered physical access to the premises, clear pathways from the exterior entryway, electrical power, water shut-off access, and climate control between 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM CST during all working days.

4

Lifetime Material Warranty & Workmanship Coverage

Section 4.0

4.1 Rigid Core Board (RCB) Lifetime Material Warranty: All-Star Renovations guarantees that all engineered composite wet-area wall panels installed by our certified technicians will remain free from manufacturing delamination, bubbling, peeling, discoloration, water infiltration through panel bodies, and structural fracturing for the lifetime of the original property owner.

4.2 Zero-Grout Cracking Guarantee: Because our solid composite wall systems utilize engineered interlocking joints and sanitary polymer sealant rather than traditional porous cementitious grout, All-Star Renovations guarantees against grout decay, grout mildew migration, and wall grout cracking.

100% Workmanship Warranty Period

In addition to the lifetime material warranty from the panel manufacturer, All-Star Renovations provides a comprehensive five (5) year direct labor workmanship warranty covering plumbing connections, silicone seals, shower pans, drain attachments, and grab bar anchors installed by our crew.

4.3 Warranty Limitations & Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage resulting from: (a) homeowner structural settling or foundation movement; (b) use of abrasive cleaners, bleach-based scouring powders, or steel wool pads; (c) unapproved customer modifications, drillings, or repairs by third-party unlicensed technicians; or (d) catastrophic weather events, residential flooding, or freezing pipe ruptures.

5

Third-Party Consumer Financing Disclaimers

Section 5.0

5.1 Independent Lending Partners: All-Star Renovations is a licensed general remodeling contractor and is not a direct financial institution, bank, or loan underwriter. We partner with federally compliant third-party consumer lending facilitators, specifically HFS Financial and Acorn Finance, to provide convenient payment solutions for our clients.

5.2 Discretion of Underwriters: All loan decisions, underwriting criteria, credit approvals, interest rates (APRs), promotional 0% interest periods, repayment durations, and origination charges are determined exclusively by the respective third-party lending partners based on individual consumer credit scores.

5.3 Separation of Obligations: The execution of a financing agreement with HFS Financial or Acorn Finance creates a direct legal and financial contract solely between the borrower and the lender. Failure to secure financing does not relieve the homeowner of obligations under an executed Work Authorization Agreement unless specified via an explicit financing contingency addendum.

6

Change Orders & Concealed Structural Conditions

Section 6.0

6.1 Subsurface Concealment: While our initial in-home inspection leverages acoustic and electronic moisture detection, existing porcelain bathtubs, tiled alcoves, and fiberglass enclosures inherently mask the interior structural stud bays and subflooring underneath.

6.2 Mandatory Written Change Order Procedure: If demolition reveals concealed dry rot, compromised wood joists, lead waste lines, galvanized iron pipe corrosion, or non-code venting:

  1. A Work in the affected subfloor or framing zone will pause immediately.
  2. B High-resolution photographic evidence and physical inspection are provided directly to the homeowner.
  3. C A formal written Change Order outlining exact supplemental materials, carpenter labor rates, and timeline impacts must be countersigned before corrective restoration begins.

All-Star Renovations will not proceed with unapproved structural work, ensuring total price predictability without arbitrary surprise add-ons.

7

State Licensing, Insurance & Building Compliance

Section 7.0

7.1 Arkansas Contractor License: All-Star Renovations operates in full active compliance with the Arkansas Contractors Licensing Board under Residential Builder / Master Remodeler License #103829.

7.2 Insurance Protections: For homeowner peace of mind, the Company maintains $2,000,000 in comprehensive commercial general liability insurance coverage and carries statutory Worker’s Compensation Insurance covering all on-site personnel and certified install craftsmen. Certificates of Insurance (COI) are provided upon request.

7.3 Code Compliance & Permits: All plumbing relocations, shower pan slope gradients, shower valve anti-scald pressure balancing mechanisms, and electrical GFCI hookups conform strictly to the Arkansas State Plumbing Code, Arkansas Fire Prevention Code, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) safety recommendations. Where municipal permits are legally mandated by the City of Conway or adjacent Central Arkansas municipalities, All-Star Renovations pulls all required master permits.

8

Cancellation, 3-Day Right of Rescission & Refunds

Section 8.0

Arkansas Statutory Notice of Cancellation (3-Day Rescission)

Under Arkansas Code Title 4 (Trade and Commerce) and federal FTC Door-to-Door Sales regulations, homeowners who execute a residential remodeling contract signed at their home possess the legal right to cancel the agreement without penalty prior to midnight of the third (3rd) business day following contract execution.

8.1 Exercising Cancellation: To effectively exercise your statutory right of rescission, homeowner must send written notice via certified mail or via electronic timestamped notice to legal@allstarreno.com prior to the conclusion of the three-day window. Upon receipt, all initial earnest deposits are returned in full within ten (10) business days.

8.2 Cancellations Beyond Rescission Window: Following the expiration of the statutory 3-day rescission period, materials enter custom manufacturing and logistics procurement. In the event of customer cancellation after day 3 but prior to on-site demolition, homeowner shall be liable for non-refundable custom fabrication charges, custom glass cutting, supplier restocking fees (typically 20%), and incurred direct engineering costs.

9

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law (Faulkner County)

Section 9.0

9.1 Governing Jurisdiction: These Terms and Conditions, alongside any supplemental Work Authorization Agreements, shall be governed, interpreted, and construed exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9.2 Exclusive Legal Venue: Any legal action, proceeding, arbitration, or judicial claim arising from or relating to our remodeling operations, billing disputes, or warranty interpretations shall be filed and litigated exclusively within the Circuit Court of Faulkner County, Arkansas.

9.3 Good Faith Mediation: Prior to initiating formal court litigation, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any construction, material, or payment disagreement through an informal conciliation conference conducted on-site or mediated through an agreed neutral construction arbitrator in Faulkner County.
